Just some days after the leading mobile service provider-Safaricom launched there yet another service dubbed M-shwari that will see customer borrow and save their from the comfort of their cell phones a fresh row has erupted as another company offering banking services- Faulu Kenya has laid claims to the concept and has even gone to court seeking that Safaricom be banned from u and are even seeking damages, they claim that they sighed a non-disclosure agreement that will see non of the the two companies get an advantage over the other but Safaricon on the other hand through their CEO Bob collymore on a news brief that was sent to media houses claim that the allegation are baseless as the idea came through their partnership with( CBA) Central bank of Africa and that they followed the law to the letter and they even vowed to take legal action against Faulu Kenya. Another thing that is going round unnoticed is the removal of the unlimited texts that were more popular with the country's youth, lots of discontent with the move is gaining ground in our social media sight like twitter and and face book, one of this many pages include Siko Na safaricom and suffering com yet no word has been heard from Safaricom staff In retaliation Faulu Kenya has shared the idea with their bitter rivals Aitel in a service dubbed Kopa Chapaa,  now what thoughts are going through the customers of the two company's minds?, is there malice in this? is this a case of the 'big guy' taking advantage of the small one or is this a David-Goliath scenario where the small guy is hanging the big one for popularity.....stick around for more insight on this as we wait for the court ruling on this....
